As a video production intern on FoxHire's product team, I built the company's first video program and training standard from the ground up, producing more than 56 minutes of professional material for a U.S.-focused employer of record platform. My product videos walk contractors, recruiters, and clients through the software, and they have helped support around 4,400 users.
I also made internal training videos that took new hires from roughly an hour and a half of raw material down to a tight 15 minutes, and I built systems so the company's own AI could shoot and edit videos for people who had never edited before.
What I took away: how to teach a process clearly on the first watch, and how to build something a whole team can keep using after I'm gone. (Zach, edit this in your own words.)

Product tutorials and internal training I wrote, directed, or edited during the internship. At the time, FoxHire had a limited team and didn't have the time to record videos for all their new software. So they brought be on as an intern to use and learn AI, then train it to connect to DaVinci Resolve and automatically create videos they ask for with little to no human interaction.
